Mr.K.Venkatramani, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have restored the name of the petitioner's father in the patta deleting the name of the 4th respondent. The learned Additional Advocate General also produced the copy of the patta issued in the name of the petitioner's father.

3. In view of the same, no further adjudication is necessary. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected sub application is also closed.
