[1] The applicant has preferred this application for grant of parole leave for a period of 30 days on the ground to find suitable match for his son. The applicant had also preferred the application before the authority for the same ground and the application came to be rejected.
[2] The applicant convict prisoner is convicted for the offence under sections 395, 397 of I.P.C. and under section 135 of B.P.Act. The applicant convict prisoner is awarded five years R.I. by the Sessions Court. It is submitted by learned APP that in the year 2011, the applicant was released on parole in the month of January, February, March, April and October, 2011, total for 43 days.
[3] During the above, period, the applicant could have taken appropriate steps.
[4] In view of above, the application is rejected.
