Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail to repay the debt which he has incurred on the occasion of the marriage of his daughter which was in March, 2012.
From jail remarks, we find that the applicant-convict was on temporary bail from 7th March, 2012 to 18th March, 2012 on the ground of marriage of his daughter.
In our view, discretion does not deserve to be exercised for the cause advanced by the applicant-convict.
Hence, application is rejected. Rule discharged.
