Learned advocate Shri Vipul S. Modi appearing for the petitioner, during the course of hearing of this petition, urges that without prejudice to his right to challenge actions of the respondents, as has been in this petition, he may venture the possibility of taking recourse to the alternative remedies available by approaching the Settlement Officer as well as Competent Authority under the Indian Forest Act, 1927 as also under the Forest Rights Act, 2006.
