THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26392 of 2014 Dated: 05.11.2014 Between:

ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue an order, direction or a writ particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the impugned proceedings issued by respondent No.3 vide RC No.1393-2014-M, dated 19.08.2014, is illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, and in violation of provision of Section 51 of the A.P. Co-Operative Societies Act. Consequently, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to set aside the proceedings issued by respondent No.3 vide RC No.1393-2014-M, dated 19.8.2014.”
After arguing the case, Mr. Mohd. Osman Shaheed, learned counsel representing Mr. Mohd. Adnan, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.33021 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
