This writ petition has been filed seeking direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the restoration application, which is pending since the year 2020 in proceedings under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending and, as such, respondent no. 2 is directed to consider and decide the restoration application No. RST/02394 of 2019 (Computer Case No. T201954402394), in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, preferably within a period of next four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the official website of the High Court.
Writ petition is disposed of.
