Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. the applicant has made a prayer to give a direction to opposite party no. 2 to comply with the letter dated 09.11.2017 send by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad as well as show-cause notice dated 20.03.2018 issued against opposite party no. 2 for arresting the accused persons of Criminal Case No. 5100 of 2016 (State Vs. Sabir and others) case crime no. 634 of 2015, u/s 147, 148, 149, 302, 504 IPC, P.S. Dhoomanganj, District Allahabad.
After going through the record and hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the applicants, I do not find any good reason to interfere into the matter or pass any direction in this regard.
