Present petition is filed by the applicant with the prayer to direct the learned A.C.J.M., V, Agra to decide the Case No.137 of 2013, Crime No.61 of 2012, State Vs. Rashid, under Sections 498A, 323, 406 IPC & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, District- Agra, pending before him within some stipulated period.
Looking in the facts and circumstances, learned A.C.J.M., V, Agra, is directed to conclude the proceedings Case No.137 of 2013, Crime No.61 of 2012, State Vs. Rashid, under Sections 498A, 323, 406 IPC & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Mahila Thana, District- Agra, pending before him, expeditiously in accordance with law. Learned A.C.J.M., V, Agra, shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment in the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of.
