Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the order on the basis of which F.I.R. was lodged, has been stayed by the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.05.2021 passed in Writ-C No.10550 of 2021.
In view of submission, it appears that learned counsel for the applicants is unnecessarily pressing this anticipatory bail application.
