At the very outset, Sri Mohd. Aslam, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that F.I.R. has been lodged in the matter. He seeks leave of the court to permit withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to take appropriate remedy in law.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
