Against the order of dismissal petitioner appears to have filed an appeal before respondent no.2, which is pending since 18.6.2018. It is stated that sufficient time has expired but petitioner's appeal has not been disposed of, so far.
Sri Satyam Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that petitioner's pending appeal shall be disposed of in accordance with law, expeditiously.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to dispose of petitioner's pending appeal by way of a reasoned order, after affording opportunity of hearing to respondent nos.3 and 4, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
