When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that the FIR has been lodged in the matter as case crime no.456 of 2018 under Sections 363 and 366 IPC, P.S. Jagdishpura, District- Agra.
Faced with the aforesaid submissions, Shri P.S. Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous and seeks leave to take appropriate legal remedy.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
