Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed with a prayer to direct the Principal Juge Family Court, Azamgarh to decide the execution case no. 21 of 2020 (Khushbu Yadav Vs. Sandeep Yadav), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Phoolpur, District Azamgarh within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that his execution case no.21 of 2020 is pending since 13.08.2020 and since then, proceeding has been lingering-on, on one pretext or the other.
In view of the above, learned court below is directed to make all endeavours to decide the aforesaid, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either parties, if there is no other legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid direction, this application under Section 482 CrPC is finally disposed of.
