Smt. Khushbu, petitioner-1 appears in person before the Court and is identified by Sri Manoj Kumar Srivastava, Advocate. She claims to be major and in support of her age, she has filed copy of her Aadhaar Card, showing her date of birth as 8.2.2000. In the F.I.R. also, her age has been mentioned as 18 years. She states that she has voluntarily married to Sobhit Kumar, petitioner-2.
In view of the statement of Smt. Khushbu, petitioner-1, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 5.2.2019, registered as Case Crime No. 41 of 2019, u/s 363 I.P.C., P.S. Govind Nagar, district Kanpur Nagar, till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C in it.
