Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Case No. 827 of 2016, (Khushbu Singh Vs. Aman Singh), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Rampur, District Jaunpur, pending in the Court of Principal Judge Family Court, Jaunpur.
Considering the above, the instant application is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to decide the applicant's application, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible within a period of four months from the date of the production of a certified copy of this order.
