Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms. Shamhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Certain anomaly in the father's name of petitioner no.1 Khushboo have been brought to the notice of this Court by way of instructions sought by Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 and it has been specified that the father's name of petitioner no.1 Khushboo differs from the record as the name of father of the petitioner no.1 Khushboo in whole is Abdul Rafique Ansari whereas she has described name of her father as petitioner no.1 only Abdul Rafique. Therefore, it has been directed to produce relevant original documents in support of actual name of the father of the petitioner no.1 Khushboo by respondent nos.2 and 3, as the case may be, so that further course of action could be adopted.
Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that he will make available all the original records to respondent nos.2 and 3 and also act in compliance of the instructions and will apply on-line and as have been given through instructions of the respondent nos.2 and 3.
In so far as the case of petitioner nos.2 and 3 Tamanna Begam and Nilofar, respectively is concerned, Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 has made categorical statement that the process is under-way and their degree shall be issued within a period of 3 to 4 weeks and there is no doubt about the same.
It is expected that petitioner nos.2 and 3 to do the needful, as have been discussed herein above by producing the relevant document before the authority concerned and acting in compliance of the instructions sought for on-line application in the matter of petitioner nos.2 and 3 because their degree/certificate shall be issued within the aforesaid period as above, therefore, with the aforesaid directions this writ petition stands disposed off.
However, it is clarified that in case of any grievance reaming to either of the three petitioners, the concerned petitioner may approach this Court by way of legal remedy.
In view of above, this petition is finally disposed off. No order as to cost.
