1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
2. This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (4th), Moradabad to decide the pending application dated 30.4.2019 for interim maintenance filed in Complaint Case No. 1690 of 2018, C.N.R. No.UPM004-006341-2018, under Section 12 of the Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005, P.S. Kotwali, District Moradabad.
3. Considering the fact that the application for interim maintenance is pending since 30.4.2019, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the application for interim maintenance in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
