Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Vibhuti Narayan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State.
Sri Sanjay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Vibhuti Narayan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the prayer made in the writ petition. He recasts his relief. The only submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the scrutiny application submitted by the petitioner may be decided by the respondent-Board within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel has not serious objection to the aforesaid prayer.
The respondent-Board is directed to decide the scrutiny application submitted by the petitioner to scrutinize the answer- sheet of the petitioner in the subject of Physics in the Intermediate Examination held in the year 2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case the scrutiny application has not been made in accordance with law, this order shall stand recalled automatically.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed off.
