This writ petition has been filed with the prayer in the nature of certiorari quashing the first information report dated 12.02.2021 in case No.12 of 2020, State Vs. Khursheed Kamal, Case No.16 of 2020, State Vs. Shakir Lari, Case No.22 of 2020, State Vs. Manzar Kamal, Case No.17 of 2020, State Vs. Zaid, Case No.3 of 2020, State Vs. Mazahar and order dated 12.02.2021 passed in Case No.10 of 2020, State Vs. Ishahak Khan.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the points raised by the petitioners before the lower court/authority concerned have not been properly dealt with and have imposed penalty to the tune of Rs.1,90,857/- against the petitioners. It was also mentioned that the petitioners had indulged in vandalism with other persons and damaged public and private properties with the association of other persons.
Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer.
After considering the rival submission and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction that the petitioners will deposit ten percent of the disputed amount impugned in this writ petition within a period of two months and will file fresh objections before the lower court/authority concerned. The lower court/authority concerned will pass fresh orders after considering the objections raised by the petitioners.
