Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.2 of 2019.
This correction application has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant praying that the counsel for the applicant may be permitted to correct the "Case Crime No.253 of 2018" in place of "Case Crime No.252 of 2018" in the application.
The prayer is allowed.
The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make the aforesaid corrections in the application. The correction application is allowed.
After corrections have been made, the order dated 28.06.2019 stands corrected to the extent that on page second in IIIrd line of paragragh second the figure "252" shall be read as "253".
The order dated 28.06.2019 stands corrected to the extent stated above.
This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 28.06.2019.
