1. After making inquiry as per this Court's Circular dated 18.01.2017, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad has submitted report dated 06.09.2018 informing that appellant-1, Khursheed, died on 18.11.2010 and appellant- 2, Shabbir, has also died about 11-12 years back. In these circumstances, this appeal has abated.

2. Dismissed accordingly.
