The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 19, Deoria to conclude the proceedings of Complaint Case No. 1782 of 2015 (Khurshad Alam vs. Rajesh Tiwari), Police Station- Kotwali Salempur, District- Deoria, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 19, Deoria.
From bare perusal of the order sheet, it transpires that the applicant himself is not cooperating with the complaint proceedings in the matter. No order can be passed at this stage.
The application is highly misconceived and is, accordingly, rejected.
