1. The present application is filed through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 60 days so as to undertake 'phul padhramani vidhi' of his brother and also to perform other rituals and to arrange for the expenses for the same.
2. Learned APP invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks. In the year 2008, when the convict was on temporary bail, he absconded and was lodged back in jail after being arrested by the police in 2010 (he remained absconding for 485 days).
3. The application is found without any substance inasmuch as, the death of his brother occurred in 2010 (08.05.2010). After the death of his brother, the convict has enjoyed temporary bail on five different occasions, ranging from 10 days to 34 days. If he wanted to undertake the aforesaid 'phul padhramani vidhi', he could have done that during any one of those releases.
4. The Court finds no substance in the application. The application is rejected.
