(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 60 days so as to get his father operated for cataract.
Learned APP invited attention of the Court to jail remarks.
In the month of November-December, 2011, he was out on temporary bail for a period of 34 days for undertaking post death rituals of his mother and also engagement of his daughter. In the month of February-March, 2012, he was out on temporary bail for a period of 10 days for engagement of his son. Again in the month of April-May, 2012, he was out on temporary bail for a period of 15 days for marriage of his son and daughter.
Taking those facts into consideration, the Court is not inclined to grant the application.
Hence, the same is rejected.
