Khimjibhai vs Director

When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing, learned Advocate for petitioner is not present. Any request for adjournment and pass over is also not made. On previous two occasions i.e. on 14th March 2012 and 29th March 2012, the petition was adjourned at the request of learned Advocate for the petitioner. However, instead of dismissing the petition on ground of non-prosecution, the hearing is adjourned. S.O. to 25th June 2012.
