JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. RULE, returnable on 15.10.2012.
2. In the meantime, interim relief in terms of para 8B qua orders dated 18.08.2010 and 13.01.2011. In view of decision of this Court in the case of J.S. Solanki v. Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Another, reported in 1986(1)GLR 41, suspension and transfer both cannot be implemented except in rare cases. However, since the departmental proceedings are pending before the petitioner at Vankaner, the order dated 24.06.2010 is not stayed.
3. The petitioner shall be restored to his place of priority as referred to in order dated 24/06/2010 within period of one month from today.
