Mr.P.V.Hathi, learned advocate for respondents Nos.3 and 4, has filed a sick-note today. Further, the endorsement on the Board indicates that Notice issued to respondent No.2 has not been received back, either served or unserved and respondents Nos.9, 10 and 15 have remained unserved as their names are not proper.
The learned advocate for the petitioner may supply the proper and correct names and addresses of respondents Nos.9, 10 and 15 to the Registry within a period of fifteen days from today. On receipt thereof, Registry shall issue fresh Notice to the said respondents making it returnable on 05.03.2012.
