Present Application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been preferred by the applicant to condone the delay of 35 days in preferring the Civil Revision Application challenging the order dated 14.9.2011 passed by the learned Principal Civil Judge, Mandavi-Kutch passed below Exh.90 in Regular Civil Suit No.33 of 2007.
Having heard Shri Dhaval Vyas, learned advocate for the applicant and Shri Datani, learned advocate for Shri P. P. Majmudar, learned advocate for the contesting respondent, delay caused in preferring Civil Revision Application is hereby condoned. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
