(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Pursuant to order dated 11.7.2012, the papers of Criminal Misc. Application No.7611 of 2012 are placed along with this application.
The present application is filed by the convict through jail praying for reducing amount of deposit. By order dated 8.6.2012, this Court while granting temporary bail ordered that the convict shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-with the jail authorities.
On perusal of jail records, it is noticed that the convict has enjoyed furlough twice once in the month of May-June, 2010 and another in May-2012.
Learned APP, on instructions from the jail officer, states that at the time of release of the convict on furlough leave, only Rs.100/- is asked to be deposited.
Taking that fact into consideration, amount of Rs.5,000/- is reduced to Rs.100/-.
Application is allowed.
