Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant bail application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicants in Case Crime No. 194 of 2014, under Sections 409, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Hafizganj, District- Bareilly.
Learned counsel relies upon the orders passed on Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 49250 of 2019 (Suresh Kumar And Another Vs. State of U.P.), Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 49911 of 2019 (Azadar Hussain And 2 Others Vs. State of U.P.), Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 49157 of 2019 (Devendra Singh Vs. State of U.P.), Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 51983 of 2019 (Atma Ram Vs. State of U.P.) to contend that similar coaccused have been accorded interim anticipatory bail by the Court. The Court finds no ground to countenance this submission since from a reading of those orders, it is not evident as to what was the nature of apprehension which led them to approach the Court in 2019 in respect of an F.I.R. which was lodged in 2014. Even the orders do not deal with the aspects alluded to above.
Consequently, the prayer for anticipatory bail is refused. The Application is consequently rejected.
