The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.241 of 2009 instituted by the petitioner against the defendants-respondents, expeditiously.

Having regard to the same, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to conclude the proceedings of suit, expeditiously.
