JUDGMENT / ORDER

The sole grievance of learned counsel for applicant is that despite armed with order dated 14.3.2014 in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 16397/2014, applicant personally went to Tehsildar concerned on 27.3.2014 along with application to deposit the amount specified in order itself, but Tehsildar declined.
The Court does not find any evidence in support of aforesaid fact, but for a bare averment and moreover the time stipulated in order dated 14.3.2014, has too expired.
The contempt application is dismissed as not maintainable at this stage.
