JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through widowed mother seeking temporary bail for a period of 45 days so as to undertake agricultural operations.
Mr.
L.R. Poojari, learned APP pointed out that it is a recent conviction on 14.03.2012. Taking that into consideration for the present, this application does not found favour. Hence, the same is rejected.
