Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in case crime no. 670/09 under sections 147,323,324,504,506,308 IPC and 3 (i) (X) of S.C.S.T.Act shown in the gang-chart the applicant has already been enlarged on bail. He further submits that the applicants have falsely been implicated in the present case.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case I am of the view that it is a fit case of bail.
Let applicants be released on bail in case crime no.786/09 under section 2/3 U.P.Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Pali, District Hardoi on their furnishing personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned/remand Magistrate.
