JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) It has been stated that as per the direction of this Court vide order dated 25.7.2012 in para 7, pension was paid with the D.A. in the next month. It is directed that such payments shall be continued even for subsequent months, until further orders.
The Municipality shall also undertake the calculation of the difference of D.A. not paid to the petitioners prior to June, 2012 and place the figure on the next date, 3rd September, 2012.
