(Per : MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Pursuant to the earlier order dated 12.10.2012, the President and the Chief Officer of the respondent municipality are personally present. Hearing is required to be adjourned on account of the request made on behalf of respondent No.2. Hence, S.O. to 19.10.2012. Personal presence of the President and the Chief Officer on the next date of hearing is dispensed with. However, they will be required to remain personally present on the subsequent date of hearing unless exempted from personal presence by an express order.
