Present petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners for quashing the impugned order dated 02-08-2018 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad passed upon application under sections 239/209 Cr.P.C. in Criminal Case No. 2320 of 2010(State Vs. Khaliujjama and Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 204 of 2001, under sections 147,148,149,324,336,504,506 and 307 I.P.C., Police Station-
Rasoolpur, Firozabad.
I do not find any illegality in the impugned order date 02-08-2018 passed by the court below.
No case for interference by this court is made out. The petition is dismissed.
