Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By means of the present application, the applicants prayed for quashing the order dated 04.10.2018 passed by C.J.M., Bareilly in case no. 13204 of 2016 arising out of case crime no.93 of 2016, under Sections 498A, 323, 406 IPC, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Bareilly.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicants have already been bailed out. The discharge application of the applicant was rejected vide order dated 04.10.2018 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly.
In view of the above, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is not maintainable accordingly, the application is dismissed with liberty to file fresh.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to learned counsel for the applicant on his supplying photocopy of the same.
