JUDGMENT / ORDER

No-one has appeared on behalf of the applicant to press the application for restoration alongwith delay condonation application to recall the order dated 24.4.2009.
The case is pending since 1999 and cannot be kept pending for years together by mere filing the restoration application way back in the year 2013.
The restoration application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Office is directed to communicate this order to the court below within three days through Fax.
The court below shall proceed with the matter, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
