Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P. C. has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to decide the case no. 112 of 2018 (Khalikun Nisha Vs. Mohammad Iam) under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the applicant within a stipulated time.
It is next contended that the aforesaid case is pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad since 7.2.2018. It is also submitted that the opposite party no.2 Mohammad Iam has also appeared in the aforesaid case, as it is evident from the order sheet dated 25.5.2018 filed as Annexure No.3 to the application.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to decide the aforesaid case no. 112 of 2018 (Khalikun Nisha Vs. Mohammad Iam) within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties concerned.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
