Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent states that the claim of the petitioner for grant of interest on delayed disbursal of retiral benefits shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the said respondent in accordance with law and bearing in mind the decision rendered by this Court in Yogendra Singh and Others Vs. State of U.P. and Others 2016(4) UPLBEC 3051.
Accordingly this petition stands disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
