Heard Sri S.N. Yadav holding brief of Sri Gyan Chandra Yadav, learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 17.05.2018 passed by C.J.M., Muzaffar Nagar in Criminal case no. 6188/9 of 2012 arising out of case crime no.87/2012 u/s 498A, 323, 377, 504, 506 IPC & 3/4 D.P. Act P.S. Mahila Thana, Muzaffar Nagar.
After having heard the learned counsel for the parties present and perused the impugned order as well as the material brought on record, I am of the view that the impugned order does not suffer from any irregularity, illegality or jurisdictional error, hence no interference is required by this Court. The prayer for quashing the impugned order is refused.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application is, accordingly, dismissed.
