I have perused the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad, I am satisfied with regard to the death of appellant nos. 1 and 2 namely, Khaleel son of Karim Bux and Quadeer son of Kallan.
Considering the reports of concerned C.J.M., the appeal is dismissed as abated and file is consigned to record.
