M.V.MURALIDARAN.J.,
vs On 18.01.2017, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the same was posted today (24.01.2017) under the caption "for dismissal". Even today when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2.Therefore, it is made clear that the petitioner is not interested to proceed the case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
