Bowenpally in Crime No. 445 of 2014 U/s. 420 & 506 of IPC and release him on bail.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and order of High Court dt. 01-12-2014 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P. Rana Praveer, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor (TG) on behalf of Respondent-State, the Court made the following ORDER :-
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner went to Bowenpally Police Station along with sureties, the Station House Officer, Bowenpally P.S., refused to accept the same on the ground that the surties are not of the same locality.
The learned Public Prosecutor seeks time to get instructions from the Station House Officer.
Post after one week.
Meanwhile, the condition of surrendering before the Station House Officer, Bowenpally P.S., is extended by one more week from today.
