Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This petition under Article 2267 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to the Judge Small Causes Court, Bareilly to decide the SCC Suit No. 43 of 2017 ( Smt. Khairun Nisa Vs. Kuldeep Kumar Gupta) within some stipulated time.
Learned counsel for the appellant has brought on record the order-sheet of the court below which shows that examination-in-chief of P.W.1 has been recorded but his cross examination is yet to be completed.The suit is pending since 2017.
Keeping in view of the fact that the court could not function properly for a long time on account of spread of Corona Virus from 2020-2021, this petition is disposed of directing the Judge Small Causes Court, Bareilly to decide the SCC Suit No. 43 of 2017 ( Smt. Khairun Nisa Vs. Kuldeep Kumar Gupta) within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order duly downloaded from official website of this court without granting any undue adjournment to any of the parties.
