Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, he could not challenge the order dated 05.09.2019 whereby petitioner has been appointed as Booth Level Officer. He submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed subject to liberty aforesaid.
