Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Khagesh Pandey, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No.229 of 2020, under Sections-386, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Adyogik Kshetra, District-Prayagraj, during pendency of trial.
Learned counsel for the applicant in para 14 of the affidavit filed in support of bail applicant has explained 12 criminal history of the applicant.
Learned AGA has pointed out criminal history of 25 cases of the applicant. In view of the above, it is not a fit case for anticipatory bail.
Application is accordingly rejected.
