JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing, Mr. Mishra, learned advocate for the respondent is not present. Mr. Bhatt, learned advocate appearing with Mrs. Bhatt, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that Manager of the petitioner trust is present in Court so that the proposed suggestion of the learned advocate for the respondent may be put to the Manager and can be considered by him. He also submitted that not only Mr. Mishra, learned advocate for the respondent is not present but he has also not conveyed any option or suggestion for resolving the matter. He also submitted that the petitioner has already asked the respondent to resume duty, if he so desires in terms of the award passed by the labour Court.
2. Since Mr. Mishra, learned advocate for the respondent is not present, the hearing of the present petition is adjourned to 7.3.2012.
