Short counter affidavit filed by learned A.G.A. in Court today is taken on record.
The hearing of the present bail application was deferred on 31.10.2018 on the ground that the viscera report of the deceased has not yet been received by learned A.G.A. Today also, the learned A.G.A. informs that the viscera report of the deceased has not been received till date. As such, it is prayed that the matter be taken up on 18.12.2018.
Accordingly, put up this case as a fresh case on 18.12.2018.
By the next date, the learned A.G.A. shall positively obtain the viscera report of the deceased.
Communication of this order be sent to the Director, Forensic Laboratory concerned for compliance at his end before the next date of listing.
